I am an Assistant Professor at University College Dublin’s School of Politics and International Relations. I hold my PhD degree in Political Science from the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies and the University of Cologne. My research primarily focuses on politics of social policy, especially in comparative perspectives and autocratic settings. I serve as an Associate Editor of New Perspectives on Turkey and in the Editorial Board of Journal of International and Comparative Social Policy.
